  • Company Overview: Established in 1985, WA Universal Rigging & Cranes is a family-owned business that specialises in providing high-quality service to the construction, infrastructure, residential, farming and resource sectors. WA Universal has a large fleet of mini cranes, Franna cranes, all-terrain cranes and tower cranes, along with a fleet of trucks.
  • Reporting to HSEQ Manager to ensure compliance and maintain safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Operations in Crane Hire and Rigging divisions to ensure compliance standards.
  • Coordinate, update and monitor Plant equipment registers and records.
  • Document control of plant and personnel records.
  • Understanding the key fundamentals of mobilisation processes within projects by liaising with clients and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and deadlines are met.
  • Mobilise new and existing personnel to multiple clients and project sites each week throughout WA.
  • On-boarding of all new employees
  • Coordinate and book pre-employment medicals, mobile plant training, VOC compliance, inductions, and other pre-mobilisation requirements.
