In addition to my Bachelor of midwifery, I have developed strong interpersonal and teamwork skills through my experience working at Woolworths for 3 years. This role has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide high-quality customer service. These skills complement my midwifery practice, allowing me to work collaboratively with healthcare teams, remaining calm under pressure, and build positive relationships with women and their families.

• Antenatal Care – provided education on pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care, and supported informed decision-making.
• Labour & Birth Support – Assisted with physiological and assisted births, monitored fetal wellbeing, and provided emotional and physical support to women and their families.
• Postnatal & Newborn Care – Performed newborn assessments, supported breastfeeding initiation, and educated families on infant care and maternal recovery.
• Clinical Problem-Solving – Recognised deviations from normal, escalated concerns appropriately.
• Interdisciplinary Teamwork – Collaborated with midwives, obstetricians, neonatal nurses, and allied health professionals to provide holistic, woman-centred care.
