Summary

Highly motivated and passionate, with six years in the Suicide Prevention sector. My passion for began with my own lived experience of suicidality. Starting my journey in mental health support and progressing to working specifically in suicide prevention when I began my role with the Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network as project officer for LifeSpan high fidelity trial. From then I have been dedicated to building my knowledge and expertise by working alongside reputable organisations and gaining invaluable insights from colleagues.

Suicide Prevention Regional Response Coordinator

  • Coordinator of the Murrumbidgee Suicide Prevention and Aftercare Collaborative and Local Response Group.
  • Coordinating postvention support for communities impacted by a suicide.
  • Responsible for progressing activity on the Murrumbidgee Suicide Prevention and Aftercare Priority Action Plan.
  • Assisting with budgeting and expenditure of Targeted Regional Initiatives to Suicide Prevention funding.
  • Providing secretariat and admin support, including creating agendas, organising meetings, minute taking and other correspondence.
  • Implementing a number of projects including LifeSpan, Menatl Health Literacy and Inland Rail.
