Ellen Hannaford

During my employment at the Scone RSL, I handled cash and bills for the till, oversaw the inside kitchen and dockets, prepared meals consisting of Asian and Australian cuisine, performed general cleaning and dishwashing, provided table service, and assisted with culinary tasks.

Throughout my time working at the cafe, I completed a variety of tasks, including cleaning the dishes and cafe, grocery shopping, working with money, and assisting the kitchen staff with meal preparation, cold drink preparation, and serving.
