After receiving multiple offers to come back as Second-in-command I decided to give it another try, my duties were much the same as last time, with a few added responsibilities:

• Taking Customers to an offsite warehouse, loading heavy items manually
• Keeping co-workers on track, leading by example
• Engaging in meetings with proprietors to help solve issues within the organisation

In my short period working at Don KR Castlemaine I have gained many skills due to working many roles within different departments at Don.

My regular duties working at Don KR include:

• Reading daily plans and picking meat to send to production line
• Daily stock-take of the -20° freezer, fixing any discrepancies
• Receiving and accounting for inbound stock using an RF scanner and inventory system.

During my employment at Harvey Norman, I worked alongside the proprietors to undertake a biyearly electrical stocktake. I also had to work at heights, moving heavy items onto order picker forklifts. My basic duties included:

• Receiving and accounting for inbound stock
• Picking products for customer pick up or delivery
• Loading outbound couriers for their delivery run (30+ orders)

During my time at McDonald's I:

• Maintained composure and work quality while working in stressful, sometimes less than ideal situations
• Cleaned and sanitized dishes and utensils, consistently keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads
• Prevented food spoilage by monitoring dates, rotating stock, and following proper storage procedures
