• Supporting Young persons in a crisis point, regulation, and safety and containment phases

• Formulate and implement interactive programs targeted at achieving each person's individual needs and goals while promoting independent living.

• Respond appropriately to young people presenting with difficult and challenging behaviours, managing crises and incidents
• Conduct risk assessments and create innovative and proactive responses to risks identified
• Deliver programs and support in an accommodation setting that creates opportunities for young people to build their tools and skills for life.
