As a HR Coordinator at IHG Hotels & Resorts, I support in delivering a positive and engaging employee experience for two hotel properties.
I handle various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, training, and compliance as well as being first point of contact for HR queries. I also assist in organising and facilitating employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
I am currently working on a part-time basis, and due to recent changes I am now looking for a full-time role as a part of People and Culture.
