Rolls-Royce: Designer, manufacturer and distributor of power systems for aviation and other industries

Employee Engagement Measurement System across 9 Countries.

Built measurement framework to assess employee engagement of Rolls-Royce (13,000 employees globally). Purpose of building this framework was to provide an ongoing system for benchmarking, monitoring and performance improvement. One outcome from this work was establishing of a system optimized across diverse lines of business and geography which engaged senior and mid-levels managers to take ownership for innovation, sharing cross-cultural thinking and achieving performance improvement. Once implemented it was actioned every 18 months / multiple years. All action planning was facilitated in person in local countries.
