• Patrolling and monitoring premises to detect any irregularities, any suspicious behavior, or possible security breaches.
• Open up the Center's main entries and exits when working the opening/morning shift, and also lock up the Centre when working the afternoon/evening shift.
• Carrying and communicating over radio with other guards. Also, respond to calls for help and contact the fire department or law enforcement/police if required.
• Assisting during emergencies, ensuring minimal injury to people, and damage to property.
• Removing anyone who threatens the safety or security of the shopping center.
• Writing up incident reports, emailing incident reports, maintaining the activity log book, and completing the timesheet to operations.

• Conduct foot patrols of campuses, mostly outdoors.
• Escort people around the campus.
• Ensure the property is locked and unlocked as required.
• Direct and help people navigate around the campus.
• Write reports in response to incidents.
• Communicate calmly and clearly with key stakeholders.
• Drive the MSS company car when required by the security control room.
• Surveyed multiple CCTV feeds to closely monitor important areas on grounds.

Conduct foot patrols and stand at the Woolworths entry/exit doors. Ensuring all the people are wearing face masks and using hand sanitizers. Regular bag checking and monitoring to minimize shoplifting at Woolworths. Escorting any unauthorized people at Woolworths to ensure overall safety, and writing reports in response to incidents, and calling the police if necessary. Close the entry/exit doors at closing time, etc. Responded to requests for assistance at Woolworths.
