Time Management: Help children manage their time effectively by providing structure and routines, balancing recreational and educational activities.
Play Participation: Actively engage with children during playtime, fostering positive social interactions and promoting a sense of community within the group.
Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving conflicts or challenges among children, teaching conflict resolution skills and promoting a harmonious atmosphere.
Communication with Parents: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on children's activities, achievements, and any concerns that may arise.
