To ensure on-time delivery and avoid delays, order long-lead items during the design phase. Order FIM, NON FIM, and consumables after reviewing the Final For Construction drawings. Creating base cost of work based on contracted rates with customer and its approval. Coordinate with a competent construction partner to obtain an estimate for the entire project, including civil, electrical, and rigging-technical. Review quotations and assign work to the building partner, ensuring that the desired margins are met. For appropriate start date, coordinate with the Inventory team on material availability, access application submission and approval, as well as all relevant access protocol and safety compliance checks. Conduct QHSE site audits on a regular basis to guarantee work quality and safety compliance. Review daily diaries and have regular discussions with the field manager and site lead, as well as a real-time review of site work, to stay up to speed with site work progress. To organise site integration, coordination between transmission, RIC and build teams. Review Hand over documents and collaborate with the build team to collect all site acceptance artefacts and documentation and review them before submitting them to the customer for approval. Work in collaboration with site Acceptance team and assist coordinators in addressing any defects and their rectification in assistance with build team.
