  • Use of necessary fertilizers for the growth of fruit and vegetables, and required artificial and natural sweeteners for the better taste. (My duties were to process the flavours of high fructose which provide a sweetness level 500 to 600 times greater than that of traditional sugar.
  • Helped to oversee the product quality testing (My duties were to send the product sample to lab for the testing result of carbohydrates,energy content,vitamins ratio to meet the ISO standards).
  • Packaging of Products for preservation and transformation of goods. ( My duties were to oversee the use of vacuum packing which the food was placed into a gas-impermeable bag, the air was vacuumed out, and the bag was sealed to reduces the oxygen content inside the bag so that microbes cannot survive).
  • Sterilization process to retard the spoilage.( In sterilization process my duty was to oversee the high temperature and pressure value for pasteurization and canning by use of irradiation technique).
  • Monitored quality assurance KPI's including ( Safety KPI's, Quality KPIs, Efficiency KPIs and Cost KPIs) to ensure the continuous improvement.
  • Overall, automated process used to produce today’s easy-to-cook convenience foods.
  • Worked with projects team for the Capital works.
