Accomplishments

While working for Fortress Gates, I personally prompted a customer feedback system through our agents and direct. This highlighted problem areas of our products. By fixing the problems and hiring a quality control officer, product returning has more than 90% and productivity up by 30%.

At Fibonacci I collaborated with the production team to develope a better packaging system to minimize damage of goods. this lead to less wasted products, higher customer satisfaction and less write-offs by the organisation. Other factors extended to marketing, production team, increased market share saw us increase profits by 20% year to year and increase marketshare with the confidence we had in our product and high customer satisfaction.
