I am Adept at handling a wide range of administrative tasks which allow me to to manage office workflows, organize files, and facilitate seamless communication between team members. • Greeting and welcoming customers upon arrival.(concierge duties). I made sure to always look presentable and have warm welcoming energy as I was the first point of contact for anybody entering the showroom.
• Collecting customer information (contact info, Email, phone, car of interest)
upon arrival.

• Various admin duties such as: booking new and used cars into stock, CTP, registration transfers, plate swaps, scanning files to accounts, registering new cars and answering overflow calls.
• Assisting service department as concierge. Greeting all Customers that came in even if they are there for service and not sales.
