- Started as a Superaxe wood splitter assembler.
- Progressed to be the sole assembler of the Superaxe variants at the Whitlands factory.
- Moved to the Wangaratta factory where I am now the sole assembler of the larger, Rex Wood Processing Machinery.
- All of the above require use of hand and power tools, maintaining stock levels, fault finding and correction, some fabrication,welding, painting and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

- Involved in the manufacture and maintenance of aluminium moulds.
- TIG welding of aluminium and some stainless steel.
- MIG welding of steel.
- All moulds were required to be taken from roughcast to mirror finish.
- Involved in the plastic moulding process of motorbike tanks, canoes and other small parts.
- All above processes required fault finding and correction to achieve a superior end product.
