In this role, I've achieved success and advanced from a construction worker to a Second In Charge (2IC), Leading Hand and also with temporary roles in Acting Supervisor. My current role is Leading hand on a major road reconstruction project with up to 70 site personnel including 10 full time staff and varying number of contractors.
I attribute this progression to my dedication, eagerness to learn, proactive approach, and ability to earn the respect of my colleagues.
Acting Supervisor
