· Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.

· Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

· Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

· Knowledge on ISO 9000 requirements, and Internal Auditing techniques.

· Strong attention to detail, highly organized and computer literate

· Monitor and record all assigned quality control related activities.

· Run various queries and reports using business unit ERP system as needed

· Monitor data to ensure inspection and comparison of incoming materials and outgoing finished products in various stages of production to ensure top level quality.

· Conduct audits of random samples of various production parts and document findings without interfering with productivity.

· Communicate with supply chain and manufacturing in quality related issues and corrections.

· Collecting and producing written documentation for reporting findings in support of RCA.

· Reviews operating logs to identify program processing errors.

· Collecting, assisting with developing and analyzing quality measurement data.
