Accomplishments

  • Outstanding improvements in on time delivery service to our customers, taking Tasmania from the lowest ranked State to the highest ranked State in the Country. This has been maintained for several years now and we boast a 99.98% on time delivery score with 240 stores in the state having a 2hr delivery window with approximately 120 of the stores getting deliveries every day.
  • Implemented many process improvements, resulting in a year-on-year reduction in departmental operating costs and a reduction in fleet size from 14 prime movers to 12 and 22 trailers to 19.
  • Leading a team through a Pandemic which resulted in panic buying. My team ensured all service to customers were not affected with an uplift of 35% in volume for some of the period.
  • My overall budget currently sits around 19.5 million dollars to run my department, year on year I meet the budget or like this year come in under by 2.5% with volumes finishing at 3.5% over which is a great result.
