I have been working in the Hospitality industry for 12 years and have been in Food & beverage for the past 10 - I have worked in many locations seasonally such as multiple Queensland Islands, Freycinet, Mt Hotham, El Questro and Western Australia's South West. Throughout my time working in the Food & Beverage industry I have learned and perfected a lot of skills, especially when it comes to people management, understanding of stock control and Profit & Loss management. I am continuously looking to improve and gain more knowledge of the industry and business management.
