A final year Bachelor of Nursing student seeking a new graduate placement to enhance my skills in patient clinical care. My 5 years experience in an aged health care setting plus my work in other environments allowed me to develop strong skills and knowledge in team environments, leadership and problem solving. I am keen to challenge myself in a new role that helps me work towards my goals to critical care. I feel comfortable in quick paced environments and am understanding in the importance of critical thinking.

Whilst ensuring all standards of practice, legislation and AHPRA requirements are met. Administer medications following safe administration practices. Provide quality clinical care to residents inside a RACF.

Provide and oversee personal care to residents in a RACF in line with care planning and personal preferences. Record and complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner such as vital observations, bowel charts, hygiene charts and nutrition charts. Assist residents to maintain their cultural, social, and spiritual needs.
Overseen and implemented sideline activities for community engagement during Big Bash League games. Assist with customer service and advertisement strategies for community engagement.
Created and implemented a season training program for an under 14’s school cricket team. Provided feedback and support to players and their parents. Ran and overseen weekly games and training sessions.
