As a CPAP therapist, I have had to work very closely with each patient in helping them get the best outcome of their therapy. A number of things are involved to achieve this such as educating people about sleep apnoea, explaining and demonstrating the use of a CPAP device, finding and fitting an appropriate mask and helping them keep on track with their therapy long-term by means of on going support.


I have experienced a deep sense of satisfaction in this work by seeing people improve their health and general lifestyle.


Tasks included:

  • Consulting with patients daily assisting them with their CPAP needs and helping them get the best outcome of therapy.
  • Liaising with doctors and sleep physicians about their patients.
  • Preparing and sending reports.
  • Responding to daily emails.
  • Fitting on CPAP equipment for patients.

  • Answering calls to offer information, answer questions and direct calls to different clinics.
