Dedicated Disability Support Worker keen to provide comprehensive, compassionate and individualized client care. With gentle touch and caring attitude centered around providing dignity and respect throughout care. Effective and efficient team or solo worker. Reliable, enthusiastic, keen and hard working, willing to learn new skill and abilities and improve those already known, with a great eye for detail. I have provided care to those with mainly Quadriplegia but also some but minor experience in Intellectual disabilities. I would love the opportunity to work with anyone with any physical or intellectual disability.
I'm currently Available Monday, Wednesday and Friday
7am- 5pm.
* Potential for Tuesday and or Thursday availability based on length of shift and child care. Possibility for weekend fill in also.
2025 availability will be Monday through Friday Likely 7-4
Major life circumstances lead to my Registered Nurse and eventually Midwife dream being put on hold.
I have completed my First and Second Year and partially Third year.
Leaving me an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) and with a Diploma in Health science
I planned to return to my degree in 2019. Although I became a new and solo mother, changing plans. I will return to complete my degree when it suits my family life, still as a solo mother. Would love to consider the option to complete my degree as part of ongoing learning through employment also if possible.
