Project: Strengthen Community Connections – Housing & Rental Support Platform

• Performed OWASP Top 10–aligned security testing on suburb search, recommendation, and multilingual content features using OWASP ZAP and Burp Suite.
• Analysed form inputs (budget, experience, skills) and DOM behaviour using Burp Suite and Browser DevTools to assess XSS, input validation, and secure output handling.
• Tested HTTP security headers and implemented validation of Content Security Policy (CSP) to secure third-party integrations (maps and AI APIs).
• Conducted reconnaissance and attack-surface analysis using Kali Linux and Nmap to understand exposed services and application entry points.
• Reviewed request flows and external API communication at an academic level using Wireshark to support traffic and protocol analysis.
• Identified, documented, and re-tested vulnerabilities to confirm remediation and improved security posture.
