Summary

Passionate Master of Social Work graduate with a focus on supporting vulnerable populations, specifically women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, as well as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Interested in mental health, my primary goal is to assist victims of domestic and sexual violence in overcoming their struggles and finding the necessary support to ensure their safety. Dedicated my fourth year at Deakin University to researching and writing a thesis on Domestic Violence. Aspiring to become an advocate for victim/survivors, advocating for their rights and providing them with the deserving support.

  • Providing case management to vulnerable families where there is a disability present to effective utilise NDIS service to enhance family functioning and client outcomes.
  • Support families to prepare for plan reviews and attend the meetings to provide advocacy on behalf of the families.

  • Develop and deliver parenting strategies to support and strengthen family dynamics, tailored to the individual needs of the children are at the forefront of the intervention.
