Cardiac Cath Lab Booking Coordinator

  • Acting as first point of contact for catheter lab bookings for internal and external Cardiologists
  • Receiving/ triaging referrals from specialists for elective, public and private patients
  • Engaging with patients and their families from all walks of life via phone, email, mail and SMS
  • Handling enquiries, confirming admission requirements and resolving issues
  • Ensuring cancelled appointments are replaced in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Booking intervention procedures in accordance with patient need and specialist availability
