- Performing scheduled Preventative Maintenance, Installations and Repairs on a diverse portfolio including Lab Scale and Process Scale Chromatography, Filtration, Bioreactors and SPR technology interstate and in Victoria, including appropriate Service Reports and Documentation
- Project Manager for 12 IQOQ’s at key customers in Victoria
- Coordinated with 5 other Engineers within Cytiva to ensure customers deadlines were met
- Ensured all tools and consumables needed were present and in calibration prior to interstate and local engineers commencing work
- Liaising with Customer’s Quality Departments to ensure that the IQOQ work was executed to customer’s expectations and requirements
- Working within GMP, GLP and GDP protocols and environments including Grade B, Grade C and Grade D
- Ordering and managing spare parts and tools to complete jobs when required by customers
- Mentoring and facilitating growth with newer members of team
- Training customers on how to use equipment including how to maintain equipment when in use and in between runs
