As Digital Fundraising Lead at One Girl, I’m dedicated to driving impactful fundraising strategies, increasing donor engagement, and leveraging digital innovation to grow support for girls' education in Sierra Leone.

Key Achievements (2022–2024):


  • Fundraising Growth: Increased total appeal income by 18.02%, with a record-breaking EOFY campaign—growing revenue by 48% YoY and boosting the average gift by $40.
  • Digital & Social Media Expansion: Successfully launched and grew TikTok from - Donor Engagement & Retention: Strengthened donor relationships through creating and launching One Girl's bi-monthly report, improving retention rates, and enhanced email & social media communications.
  • Strategic Leadership: Played a key role in Sierra Leone field visits, capturing compelling content that fueled successful fundraising campaigns.

  • Supporting multi-channel campaigns designed to bring in new regular givers and keep existing donors engaged
  • Providing personalised care through regular phone calls, emails, and mail to nurture relationships and build donor loyalty
  • Collaborating closely with the Direct Marketing Manager to implement a campaign plan targeting mid-to-high value donors, as well as monthly donors.
