Through out 2024 I have been on a career sabbatical enjoying reconnecting with friends and family whilst working casually with several local businesses.

• Jo's Pantry | Wholefoods, Health Foods and Cafe | Barista, all-rounder, end of day reporting and locking up
• Dufflebird Holiday Rental | House-Keeping and Property Styling
• Colac Otway Shire | Economic Development Department | Grant Submission

• An independent beer brand and destination brewery founded with an ambitious and unconventional goal to renew a small town in Southwest Victoria
• Day-to-day responsibilities included operational activities, strategic planning, business development, staff management, destination development, sales & distribution, finance & administration, marketing & events, PR and publicity.

• Provided stronger representation for the Visitor Economy in the Southwest region
• Responsibilities included board representation, participation in project control groups, contribution to strategic planning, and representation in tourism strategies.

• A collective of niche-gourmet producers dedicated to the development of a vibrant and sustainable region
• Achievements include establishing a niche producer experience, raising awareness of producers, and writing successful grant applications.

• Contributed to community planning and development projects, including the Forrest and District Plan and the Forrest Wastewater project
• Also served as a community representative for tourism and parking strategies.

• Responsible for developing relationships and raising awareness for the CSIRO PUBLISHING imprint
• Duties included communication with the academic and research community, management of staff members, and revenue growth.

• Responsible for strategic marketing and sales development in the Asia Pacific region
• Played a key role in growing the market and introducing new concepts to the University library community.
