  • Coordinating other smaller immersion programs for the collaboration of FRV and other Stalk holders in the Victorian Community these are to mention a few: MY ROOM (1st August Event 2024) Kids with Cancer- engaging in a 2-hour Firefighting scenario for a participant from MY ROOM

Recruit Course 16 Assistant Coordinator

  • I promoted and ensured strict Adherence to the PUA course content, delivery, and RTO standards (for the certification of) to enable successful candidates awarding of Firefighter Level 3 (on completion of recruit course 20 weeks)
  • Arrange a daily morning meeting with all instructors to discuss planned activities and manage personnel/recruits
  • I ensured the courses were delivered in line with expectations of Operational Training Management and Operational Training Development Department
  • I also ensured that governance and integrity of the course content was regularly checked and that learning outcomes were being met and maintained
  • Provide regular reports to the Commander of Recruit Courses, including regular updates on progress and identification of any issues so they can be resolved quickly and with minimal distribution
  • Mitigate peer activations along the 20-week recruit course

Fire Ops 101 Coordinator

  • Fire Ops 101 is an FRV and UFU collaboration in unity to deliver a program to introduce being a “firefighter for a day” to members of parliament, CEO’s, Corporate governance, and people of influence (celebrates) in the significant benefits in providing decision makers and stakeholders with an opportunity to directly experience the challenges of firefighting
  • Plan, deliver and format a crew of 60 Firefighters and specialized crews to deliver the Fire Ops 101 programs- four programs over 6 months
  • Manage and implement staff responsibilities and roles for the four events
  • Work with AFCO Ed STARINSKAS and ACFO Graeme Murphy in making decisions to better the program delivery, and many stakeholders to implement a positive vibrant and safe outcome
  • Working in a IMT to deliver a program with consultation in decision making including AFCO’s, ACFO, Media and Communications, President UFU, FRV Ambassador, Corporate staff, Training Academy Administration Staff, PLE Matrix involving SSO, SO, Leadings and specialized departments
