Roles And Responsibilities

  • Achieve position's objectives through effective communication with other appropriate departments within the company
  • Work closely with and keep informed the Business Unit Manager and Commercial/Finance Manager of any significant Finance and Administration matters
  • Maintain and develop effective working relationships across the business and work constructively as a team member as required
  • Full function Accounts Receivable including; Customer Billing, Banking, Debt Collection, Processing new customer accounts in line with Corporate AR policy, AR End of Month processing (incl. AR aged debtors reports, overdue debtors reporting)
  • Accounts payable - receipting of invoices against purchase orders
  • Petty Cash control and reporting
  • Answering telephones
  • Purchase Order processing
  • Preparation of monthly Credit Card Expense Claim Forms, submission for approval and submission to Head Office
  • Travel co-ordination including booking of flights, accommodation and rental cars
  • Assist with company reporting as requested
  • Participate in and contribute effectively to business planning & strategy processes as requested
  • Lead by example when performing duties in a safe and diligent manner
  • Perform all required safety activities as directed
  • Book Pre-employment medicals
