Whilst running ATEAM I was on my own at first however with great success I was able to take on two more tilers to help out with our ever growing business. ATEAM is a thriving, successful tiling team well known for the top quality work we provide to our customers. My skills included managing client satisfaction by delivering high-quality tiling projects within tight deadlines, Increased project efficiency by implementing proper time management and effective teamwork strategies.

During my time with Neoteric as an NBN Tech in training,

I learnt many skills such as improved overall project efficiency by streamlining communication channels and providing timely updates to team members, assisted in the design of engineering projects, resulting in higher quality outputs and better client satisfaction. I gained hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and software while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

My time in this job position taught me basically everything I went on to use with great success. Some of the knowledge I gained is listed below:
