Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Responsible for the recruitment of temporary and permanent roles across a variety of clients
- Coordination of end-to-end recruitment including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and business development
- Build talent networks through attracting and qualifying candidates using advertising plus LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools
- Business development through various mediums (outbound calling/email/face to face) to identify job opportunities, obtain new business & grow portfolio
- Working closely with the State Manager and Operation Staff to develop strategies for both organic growth and new business opportunities
