• Collaborate closely with designers and clients to ensure project objectives are met, maintaining transparent communication throughout the process
• Liaise and management of subcontractor operations
• Survey sites to determine material needs and accurately manage inventories and budgets
• Prepare and coordinate building permit applications and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout each stage of construction
• Mentor junior staff members in various aspects of construction management, fostering professional growth within the team

• paperwork on each site
• liaised with management, clients, councils and architects.
• organised and attended all site meetings, practical completion meetings and final completion meetings
• worked amongst my team in all aspects of both hardscaping and softscaping works

All aspects of commercial landscaping were undertaken, including:

• works in parks, wetlands, street-scapes, community centre and pre-schools
• All forms of soft-scaping and predominately hardscaping such as paving, concreting and timber work

• I undertook my apprenticeship with Cornerstone Landscaping Construction and Design, which was completed in December, 2010.
• In the last year of my apprenticeship I was responsible for the day to day site management and as soon as I became a qualified landscaper I was a leading hand on site with the responsibility of managing two apprentices. During this time I took over all aspects of managing the site work, using staff to the best of their ability and to deliver fine quality detailed work.
• I collaborated with team members to complete landscape projects on time.
• I was instrumental with implementing best practices for soil preparation and planting techniques.
