I joined as a Site Manager, managing 1 or 2 sites at a time with approximately 5 apprentices/tradesman.

  • During this time I was responsible for the following tasks
  • Managed project timelines
  • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations on construction sites
  • Site Inductions & toolbox meetings
  • Coordinating all onsite activities including tools, machinery, staffing, sub contractors, materials in order to optimise workflow and efficiency.
