  • I started my journey with OTR back in 2006, as a casual then working my way up the ladder.
  • Within 6 months I was full time and then after 12 month assistant store manager.
  • At 18 month mark I became a store manager.
  • From there over next 8 years I managed 3 separate stores also did a 13 month stint as a relief manager to broaden my horizon and skills, which included covering another 15 stores.
  • I finished up with OTR back in 2013 to take on a new challenge and worked at Coles.
  • I came back to OTR in 2015 as the company had grown and I wanted to be apart of the next journey.
  • In that time I managed 3 more stores including opening a brand new store, before I opened the new store I did a temporary roll as an Area manager for a few months looking after 10 different stores and over 100 team members.
  • In the 16 years I worked with OTR I trained multiple managers who now successfully manage their own stores.
  • I also helped out area managers in their roles and was a mentor to multiple team members and management throughout my journey.
  • I am very proud on what I accomplished in the journey with OTR, and I know I achieved a lot for the business also.

Motivation

My 3 beautiful kids keep me grounded and I am trying to show them if you want something bad enough you can do it. I love to take on any challenge that is given to me. My previous success at work and rapid promotion convinces me I can do as well and better in the future.
