Summary

I am a dedicated and focused people leader with sound knowledge of Victorian Public Service (VPS) policies and processes. I have high level stakeholder management skills and have worked within Community Correctional Services for the last eight years. I am seeking an opportunity to further develop my skills within the VPS. My previous roles have extensively involved internal and external stakeholder management as well as the management and escalation of people matters. My current role as a Supervisor, Community Work and Partnerships requires me to actively manage client and organisational risk and to oversee partnerships with external agencies across the North West Metropolitan Area. It also involves leading a team of staff and ensuring compliance with department policies and guidelines. I am very motivated and have a high level of attention to detail.
