I started my career in hospitality, at 18 in 2021, as a Barback, being trained by my supervisors who at the time had a over a decade and a half of experience in the profession, within that first year i was giving the task of being able to operate in a high pressure environment, staying on top of all demands of the bar in order to function efficiently during service hours, after a year of being a barback, i was then giving the opportunity to be trained as a cocktail bartender, everything from mixing techniques, garnishes (advanced citrus twists), hygiene, prep, service, etc.
The current venue i have been employed with has a high consistency for volume with customers, a volume that i dare say i haven't disappointed with my service in the overall span of my hospitality career, which i have been doing 5-7x days, every week, for the past 4 years.
