Key Responsibilities:

• Extensively involved in chronic pain management, integrating the latest evidence in contemporary pain science. This includes the use of virtual reality programs as part of graded exposure therapy for patients on the chronic pain pathway. Actively engaged in delivering pain science education to a wide range of patients to support long-term behavioural change and improved self-management.
• Complete evidence-based physiotherapy assessments for wide range of musculoskeletal and sports injury conditions and developed a comprehensive treatment plan that match patient’s goal.
• Direct pain management treatments and education input into numerous other areas of a patient’s care including activities of daily living, functional movements and chronic pain management.
• Undertake pain management treatment by providing patients with quality hands-on time and utilizing treatments techniques such as therapeutic massage, trigger point dry needling, and specific exercises.
• Conduct ongoing, scheduled and regular group exercises for patients with diverse musculoskeletal conditions.
• Communicate openly and professionally with onsite staff at all levels, including receptionist and senior physiotherapist and to maintain good communication with referral doctors to ensure appropriate and achievable level of care for all patients.
• Attending and participating in meetings, including multidisciplinary, staff and management meetings in the clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on enhancing recovery, preventing re-injury, and optimising performance through evidence-based interventions.
• Manage and treat common conditions including back and neck pain, shoulder and knee injuries, headaches, whiplash, joint and soft tissue dysfunction, sports-related injuries, work-related injuries, chronic pain, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior physiotherapists and final-year physiotherapy students, ensuring high standards of clinical care, reflective practice, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
• Facilitate structured supervision to support professional growth, critical thinking, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Foster a positive team culture by promoting open communication, problem-solving, and interprofessional collaboration, contributing to a cohesive and productive clinical setting.
• Conduct regular case discussions to encourage clinical reasoning and promote best-practice decision-making among junior team members and students.
• Provide on-field supervision to junior physiotherapists during sporting events, guiding the management of acute injuries and delivering injury prevention education to athletes and support staff.
