• Vodafone 5G TX refresh program. Which includes installation, commissioning & migration of new routers to support the rollout of the 5G network in multiple locations through out ACT/NSW & remote/country tower locations, all whist ensuring the clients specifications are met with accurate cable labelling, DC power cable & CB breaker installations, HOP's are accurate with all relevant details regarding photos, site checklist & JSA/SWMS. End to End patching links, transmission equipment/card upgrades also carried out within carrier data centres through out NSW/ACT.

• NBN network splicing. Which includes installations of various types of NBN joint enclosures from DJL's to BJL's, SMP/MPT installations. Fault rectifications of high signal loss, PON mismatches, fibre ranges out of alignment within exchange environments. Completion of fibre workbooks as required. Current works are being carried out across SD1/SD2/N2P

Enhanced network performance by expertly splicing fibre optic cables and maintaining proper connections. Splicing across multiple carriers & following each carriers own network standards. Types of splicing activities carried out:

• Vocus network transmission links & new 720f enclosure builds. Fault finding & rectification on high signal loss or to help maintain an average DBm loss throughout the entire length of a clients link
• Amazon data centre tie cable links which included of installation and splicing of ODF with 1728f SWR ribbon fibre, FCOMP testing, IL testing & rectifications of any minimal loss due to AWS's strict loss parameters.
• Superloop network links & new enclosure builds with various types of fibre cables and joint enclosure types such as FOSC & Prysmian high density trays.

Managed multiple NBN work orders simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance. Ensuring that all tasks were completed safely & within deadlines by providing:

• On-site support to sub-contractors
• Performing site audits during & after completion of works
• Ensuring works carried out are within carrier specifications
• RTC's are met

Cultivated positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal workforce. Providing guidance to all staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensuring safety protocols are met along with deadlines by:

• Allocating work depended on the urgency and access
• Ensuring all required materials are available
• Foreseeing any issues and rectifying before sending a team out
• Collaborating with other stake holders for access approval to properties
• Resolving onsite conflicts between team members
• Encouraging a good work environment for the team to maintain their quality in the field & their own mental health

Installed and repaired network cabling, hardware and software to maximize operational efficiency on the NBN network. Providing support to team members in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Worked on across multiple NBN work orders such as:

• FTTX which include splicing on LFN/DFN, live cutovers, copper jointing & building 30/50Pr OJ's, pillar cross-connects,
• Activations which include NTD's, BNTD's, DPU's
• Network testing which include with use of OTDR's, IL testing, PON testing, Buz testing, DPU testing after outages.
• Exchange transfer works which include card augmentations(EAS,CMTS,OLT,AAS), network capacity expansion patching for inter-exchange links & FTTN 2nd uplinks, DSLAM integrations.
• Administration works which include raising CRQ's, liaising with NOC during live cutovers or network restoration faults, completing As-Builds, reading and understanding trace reports/trace schematics
