Shayanne Stuart

Dedicated and passionate early childhood educator with over a decade of experience supporting children's learning and development. Strong focus on creating inclusive, supportive, and stimulating learning environments, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, with a commitment to continuous learning and reflective practice. I aim to provide high-quality education and care to all children and their families, ensuring everyone feels respected, welcome, and that they belong in the early learning community of which they are a part. I ensure that I always work in the best interests of all children and colleagues to provide children with a strong sense of agency and independence in their choices in play, through spontaneous, flexible teaching that puts children in control of their learning, sharing their learning journey through the eyes of the child, giving children a voice, and seeing that children are strong, capable, and competent at learning and growing to their full potential through a supportive environment.
