I maintained a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment, I provided excellent customer service, resulting in high and positive feedback.
High expectation of crew was needed to ensure the restaurant ran smoothly, I was able to help re-adjust the crew to get the most efficient outcome possible.
I was constantly training people throughout the store, I had to adjust the way i thought people constantly through talking, showing and getting them to repeat what i had shown them to make sure they gained a clear understanding. This helped my improve my ways of teaching to help those that needed the extra help while being taught.
