  • Developed 3PL warehousing sourcing Strategy. Successfully Lead the implementation and Transition of 3PL for Coles Group, achieved savings- $3.4M p.a.
  • Meat Packaging RFP- Conducted Market engagement process for RROA, SRS, MAP WA and ALC for 6 different substrates across all sites for Coles Brand Meat. Total Spend- $12.3 achieved savings $2.23M.

  • DC Stretch wrap: ~16% reduction in plastic hand wrap (reduction of microns from 6 to 5um), forecast 63,000 less cardboard cores required, less pallet movements. Delivery of $800k annual benefit.
  • COVID Lead for consumables- Hand Sanitizer Established the creation of an alternative supply chain for hand sanitizer during a crucial time by identifying a Chemist to develop Hand Sanitizer Facilitated the supply of a crucial ingredient for hand sanitizer production (Ethanol), ensuring uninterrupted operations and contributing to the health and safety of the Team Members and community. Sourced bottles from Asian markets, successfully orchestrating their transportation to the designated shore locations. Collaborated with a supplier to fill and label the bottles, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Achieved the fulfillment of total Coles requirements, managing a substantial volume of approximately 25,000 liters per week.
