During my team in CRT I gained valuable skills and knowledge on various processs and contributed greatly to their improvement.

Collaborating with stakeholders and shareholders were apart of daily tasks and I was able to take part of training off shore teams to stay up to date with regulatory compliances.

Team building was at my forefront as I would organise both work and social events to ensure morale was attained throughout our work.
