  • Managed Software development projects using Jira and Confluence
  • Conducted Gap analysis on existing legacy products and in production solutions
  • Conducted with key business users to collect information on business processes and user requirements.

  • RegSafe: Integration with a government vehicle registration provider. The project involved developing a live API service as well as redefining new standards for how Pentana’s API development processes would be produced going forward
  • PowerBanking: An accounting solution integration into multiple legacy solutions that provides a centralized user experience. I facilitated discussion workshops to identify solution requirements that would satisfy all stakeholders across the legacy systems and would allow them faster and more efficient integrations going forward.
  • MS Azure External Authentication: Integrated Azure into Pentana’s Identity and Access Management system so that customers can log into the platform via their own already established Azure AD system. This project also required the production of a variety documentation for third parties integrators from; user guides, process maps all the way to detailed technical API documentation.

  • Analyze and document the current system solution that Pentana provides to its customers via a process map using MS Visio

  • Projects / Key Achievements TestDrive Mobile App: A mobile app for salesmen to capture Leads and run test drives, features such as location tracking and integration with Pentana’s other CRM solution

  • BMW Certification: Integration with BMW’s main system to facilitate key information that needs to be securely handled
