  • Katherine Real Estate’s rent roll was purchased by Alison Ross, Elders Real Estate, Katherine in July 2021, and I was offered the same position with her
  • I moved up into the role of Senior Property Manager in August 2022, which saw me head a team of 5 other property managers, duties included:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and management of properties

  • I was first employed as a Shop Assistant and then was an Online Team member and then was promoted to Inventory Team Manager
  • Maintain stock levels within the Longlife and Perishable departments
  • Generate and action several reports throughout the day
  • Action the negative stock report twice daily which involves checking the stock on hold count for products that have had sales throughout the day, which originally had an incorrect stock on hand
  • Ensure the stock can be reordered in a timely manner
  • Using a RF gun to scan the tickets of all items that are empty on the shelf, which will generate the gapscan report
  • Get stock that is in long term overs to the shelf and remove deleted lines
  • Checking the stock on hand count is correct, the shelf capacity is efficient and the product is ticketed
  • Investigate “last night’s over’s”, which are all items that were not required to be filled by night fill from the previous night, due to low sales
  • A thorough investigation is required for each item to ensure stock on hand is correct and shelf capacity is efficient so stock can be reordered in a timely manner

Online Team Manager

  • ASSIST WITH THE SETUP OF THE NEW ONLINE SHOPPING IN THE STORE
  • Train and mentor a small team of Personal Shoppers
  • Work closely with 4 local transport companies, who collected and delivered remote customers’ orders weekly
  • Work to a deadline daily and ensure excellent time management skills were utilized
