Developed project resource plans & strategies to renegotiate a $6.5MIL contract for the supply of production, distribution & supply chain labour resources to include the supply of engineers, trades, technical & specialist resources. Supplying engineers & trade resources to capital projects and maintenance shutdowns, and technical & specialist resources to the varies departments this resulted in a $600K growth above budget.
Reviewed and redesigned the International Mobility processes and strategy due to the skill shortage in Australia for Air Traffic Management related resources. Resulting in an increase of 45%-55% on international hires in the Air Mobility business, meeting demanding project deadlines for OneSKY $1.3BIL project and other projects.
Designed and implemented a diversity and socially responsible employee (SRE) recruitment strategy across nine internal divisions. Campaigns included legal compliance, targeted attraction and branding strategies. Resulting in an overall diversity result of - 22.8% / 24.8% and SRE - 5.3% / 4.5% some divisions exceeding diversity targets by 7.21% and SRE by 22.2%.
