  • When I commenced this role it was a new role in the bank so it was difficult for my leader to advise what he wanted from me.
  • I began becoming involved in all projects for Settlements & Security & Loan Fulfilment for example I was the representative for OPS in the myBENU Project.
  • I created 9 modules regarding 'How to Create a Mortgage' Library, as we had a very high rate of Operational Risks logged against these departments for the mortgages being incorrect.
  • I also assisted with the Government Mailbox where myself and a colleague would be required to read the emails from that mailbox and ensure we implemented and updates workflows to follow the changes to legislation.
  • I was requested to join the RFS B migration to C360 in May 2022, my role was Senior SME as I worked along my Senior Leader was in charge of the migration.
  • Once the project team concluded their assistance with this project and my leadership Senior Manager moved onto other projects and I was formally handed the role of looking after C360 from end -to end.
  • This includes Chairing the C360 Members & delegates Form each month
  • I work solely on C360 and work closely with the tech team so I understand both the business side of things as well as understanding the technical side.
  • I work with all staff including outside my division to complete reporting they maybe working on such as multiple APRA reports, reports for the board to review and in general anything a staff member cannot do it C360 I educate them how to fix it and how they can trouble shoot for the future.
  • I am the Business Lead SME for the R2B migration and currently working on the A2B project as Business Lead SME.
