Coles has customer service and satisfaction focus which all team members are motivated to follow. I demonstrated these values throughout my time with Coles and assisted in several service areas. During my time with Coles my duties have included:

• Scanning Items, Processing Payments and Engaging with Customers.
• Worked in ACO.
• Gave every customer immediate and undivided attention as well as help where needed.
• Ensured fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by doing rumbles.
• Stocking shelves for customers as well as guiding them to the right isles for specific items.
• Checking codes, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
• Stocktake.

I have volunteered my time during free study periods, before and after school and on school holidays at the local primary school to assist with the following duties:

• Stocktake and product rotation
• Cleaning and sanitising
• Building orders and managing restock organisation
