• Prepared and reviewed tender documentation, including compiling Bills of Quantities (BOQ), evaluating bids, and conducting detailed bid analysis to support procurement decisions.
• Drafted and coordinated all project-related contracts; managed internal approvals and compliance workflows with legal and finance departments.
• Conducted pre- and post-review of variation claims, verifying documentation accuracy, measurement, and scope alignment; negotiated with contractors on cost adjustments.
• Reviewed and validated final account documentation, assessed quantities and pricing, and produced detailed settlement reports.
• Estimated costs of design variations and internal instruction changes, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost planning.
• Maintained contract, payment, and final account registers; prepared monthly project cost tracking reports and dynamic cost analysis dashboards for senior management.
