• Manage long term and short term chartered handysize bulk ships, overseeing technical, legal and insurance aspects, as well as day-to-day operations, for Ravensdown Limited’s trade into New Zealand and other 3rd party cargoes, including fertilizer, coal, logs, cement, grain,sugar,pulp etc.

• Acted as superuser of IMOS, providing training and ongoing support to the local staff to use IMOS, and collaborating with the development team to optimize the software and organizational working flow
• Handled operations of upto 12 dry bulk ships, managing trades between Asia, Oceania, America and Africa, with diverse cargoes such us grain, sugar, logs, fertilizer, steel, cement, mineral concentrates, coal, pet coke, salt, gypsum, soda ash, ores, alumina and etc.

• Joined the Company as a management trainee, and had visited dry dock, sailed with vessels, experienced supercargo, and did hold cleaning.
• As an operator, operating as many as about 25 dry bulk ships, including time charter and voyage charter.

Contributed to the successful completion of research project on "Slow steaming of liner trade: its economic and environmental impacts"

• Efficiently reduced BL freight errors by auditing BLs as per company tariff rules and contract agreement
