· Worked alongside the wound consultant to complete a complex chronic vascular wounds.
· Preformed diabetes management and education under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
· Assisted in supervised pre and post operative care.
· Preparing, administering and documenting of the safe Intravenous and subcutaneous under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
· Supervision of maintaining comprehensive fluid balance charts and gaining education in bladder irrigation post TURPS.
· Liaised with the multidisciplinary team including medical staff for providing patient care.
